• Ensure quality as per buyer Requirements and check styling as well as review technical comments & fitting issues.
• Checking size set sample for giving the comments and decision before bulk production. Arranging pre-production (pilot run) meetings with the factory concerned person before starting production with the comments and production planning. 
• Arranging the first production meeting with the factory concerning the person from the earliest stage of production and layout of the garments.
• To check the pattern of all new styles before the bulk cutting through test cutting breakdown of the items as well as given layout in the sewing line for better productivity with quality.
• Doing in-line as well as process inspection in the sewing floor during the initial stage.
• Responsible from sample to shipment including all activities as well as job ownership & customer service. 
• Conduct final inspection after goods are complete as per AQL sampling plan as well as buyer requirements.
• Daily inspection activities control, follow up, instant feedback, day-end closing information, necessary & urgent information sharing with self-management & with buyer/customers if necessary prepared for tomorrow. Guiding and supporting the factories in achieving better production and quality by providing PIP (Process improvement plan) and CAP (Corrective action plan) if any ongoing quality issues. 
• Making all kinds of decisions regarding quality and production. Having good knowledge about product safety as well as compliance. 
• Communication with sourcing team/ coordinator for collection order status with existing vendor and any new query of order.
• Give the weekly inspection schedule and production update/plan to the project Head and all management concerns.
• Keep close contact with the suppliers to know the status of orders at all times. & take the weekly production report from the factory concerning the merchandiser. Weekly critical operations/customer highlights PIP (process improvement plan) fixing in the factory, overviewing & sharing need improvement area with factory & later follow up by own responsibility.
• Ensure Quality systems are in place at all stages of manufacturing ensuring and it is safety for the factory environment.
• Efficiently & effectively monitored the entire production process and timeline to meet quality and on-time delivery.
• Visited the sewing floor to resolve any quality or technical issues of production during the initial stage of production.
• Monitoring production process, identifying deviations and making necessary modifications. 
• Responsible for technical evaluation for new vendors, before placing a new order as well as regular basis.
• Work with other departments to ensure planning, quality, production, and merchandising for timely delivery of goods and garments.
• Any other work assigned by seniors/ top management.
