∎ We are looking for a committed & performance driven candidate for the following position in its Commercial Department:
∎ To manage media purchasing activities for our organization, including negotiating media rates and placements, developing media strategies, and analyzing media performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing media purchasing strategies to support business objectives
∎ Identifying media opportunities and negotiating media rates and placements
∎ Coordinating with creative and marketing teams to develop media plans that meet campaign objectives
∎ Analyzing media performance and making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns
∎ Managing relationships with media vendors, agencies, and other external partners involved in the media purchasing process
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media channels to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
∎ Managing media budgets and tracking spending to ensure campaigns are executed within budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in advertisement purchasing and negotiation
∎ Experience managing advertisement campaigns across various media platforms
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Proven ability to develop and implement successful media purchasing strategies
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and media campaign management tools
∎ Knowledge of media buying software & analytics tools
∎ Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
∎ Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving objectives
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ Positive attitude and ability to motivate team members
∎ Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
