Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, EEE
∎ Skills Required: both in English Bangla., Excellent communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Have min 03 years experience as Department Head

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT infrastructure and software projects management
∎ Tally Operation/ SAP/ERP Software user operational support and enhancement
∎ Supervised and managed IT team for smooth service operation
∎ Manage critical troubleshooting for application software and identify project needs and risks
∎ Analyzed user requirements to identify and provide IT services
∎ Website maintenance as per Board and management decision
∎ Document management system develop
∎ Data Center infrastructure and server management
∎ Active directory and Antivirus server user management and operational decision maintenance
∎ Backup and restore maintenance
∎ IT inventory management
∎ Performing any other job assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Must be smart, energetic and to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills;
