Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years with proven track record (At least 01 year in similar role)
Professional Requirements: The candidate should be technically sound in Woven Garments manufacturing process. Should have complete knowledge of quality control relevant to Cutting process specialization. Must be capable to handle finishing section quality team independently. Maintain the “SOP” strictly & develop the Team and lead them for the smooth operation. Fix the daily target after discussing with the Operation Head to achieve the overall production capacity and maximize limit. Preparing and ensure daily plan. Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/IE & Planning/PM/Quality Head & others for Day-to-Day work. Should know to communicate with Planning Department & Production Department to discuss about production plan. Ensure fabric inspection/shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring, shade & shrinkage wise fabric stack & relaxation process before cutting as per fabrics type & buyer`s requirement, Group wise pattern collection from technical department for style wise cutting & quality monitoring. Maintain quality inspection after numbering & bundling. Ensure to Shrinkage group wise pattern collection from technical department. Always maintain good housekeeping in floor as per compliance requirement. Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality procedures. This position requires excellent verbal communication skills and good understanding of core business aspects.
