∎ At least 15 to 20 years in any sweater factory
∎ Technical Knowledge about product & technical audit is must.
∎ Excellent Communication in both Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the customer's quality.
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory for customer's requirements and guidance for each department and process.
∎ Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, pre-production quality assurance, line layout, In-line production quality control, final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance.
∎ Experience in washing process is a must.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in various yarns quality.
∎ Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspection reports.
∎ Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
∎ Coordinate with factory production team, merchandising team & all relevant staffs.
∎ Provide quality guideline & technical advises to production team.
∎ Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI).
∎ Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final products meet with customer quality requirement.
∎ Prepare & maintain technical reports at every stage.
∎ To establish and oversee all quality control procedures for the sweater factory.
∎ To analysis the root cause of quality problem in production process.
