Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure preparing all export & import documents on time.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures;
∎ Ensure preparation and renewal of all kinds of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organization related to export and import documentation special focus on customs rules & regulations related to import & Export.
∎ To oversee L/C opening & amendments and checking LC terms and conditions and preparing documents.
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of raw materials and accessories(Import)
∎ Work with internal departments, customs, buyers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods (Export).
∎ Supervise the handling of all imports & exports through C&F agent
∎ Liaison with BEPZA, EPB, BGMEA, Customs, RJSC, Banks, VAT Office and VAT, Tax, AIT and Customs Bond etc.
∎ Lead and fully supervise commercial team who looks after import and export business functions including ERP operations for the group;
∎ Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects;
∎ Directly communicate with foreign supplier(s)/buyer(s) or through their local agent(s);
∎ Handling, preparation & maintaining all kinds of export/import documents related to banking, customs & others functions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience with the foreign investor as a Manager or Sr. Manger
∎ Work experience inside EPZ will get preference
∎ Good analytic skills
∎ Should be punctual and ready to work for long hours
∎ Very good in MS-Excel and English language
∎ Strong written and communication skills in English
