∎ To be a part of the C & P Inspection Team, you must be able to perform the following Job Responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Product Readiness Check (PRC), Onsite Production Check (OPC), and traditional inspections such as Inline and Final Random Inspection (FRI) under the Footwear Operational Optimization Service (FOOTS) for leather and non-leather footwear and goods as an independent lead Inspector. This entails following SGS Work Instructions (WI) and/or Buyer’s requirements/specifications.
∎ Conduct inspections and Loading Supervision (LS) for apparel and general merchandise according to predefined guidelines.
∎ Prepare field inspection reports based on actual findings and submit them to the Key Account Manager (KAM)/Assistant KAM on the same working day of the inspection, ensuring accuracy.
∎ Maintain accountability for any complaints or claims that may arise from conducted inspections.
∎ Collaborate as a team leader when assigned and lead the team to achieve desired success.
∎ Debrief inspection findings to the Key Account Manager/Coordinator.
∎ Adhere to SGS policies and procedures (e.g., SGS Code of Integrity, Rules for Life etc.).
∎ Act as an onsite trainer to develop new Inspectors when assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Working experience in product inspection/similar field will be given preferences.
∎ Able to work independently.
