Technical Skills:

• Strong command of modern frontend development practices, including responsive design, component-based architecture, and dynamic user interface implementation using contemporary frontend technologies.

• Deep understanding of AI implementations, server-side programming, application logic, and API development with the ability to design secure, efficient, and scalable backend systems.

• Skilled in designing, managing, and optimizing both relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

• Experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on cloud infrastructure; proficient in containerization, automation, and continuous integration/delivery processes.

• Proficient in modern version control systems with strong collaboration and workflow management practices, including branching, merging, and code reviews.

• Experienced in planning and implementing robust, modular, and scalable system architectures suitable for large-scale projects.

• Expertise in designing and integrating APIs for seamless communication between systems and services.

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks for unit, integration, and automated testing to ensure reliability and maintainability.

• Capable of translating design concepts into user-friendly interfaces while maintaining performance, accessibility, and design accuracy.

• Hands-on experience in managing development cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and applying agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.

• Manage and work using Project management tools.

• Capable of using time trackers for clients.

We are looking for a highly skilled senior full-stack web developer to build and manage different web applications. This is a full-time role. You will handle both the user side and the complex back-end systems, working with a wide range of technologies, working from both home and office Premises.

This is a critical position where you will lead projects, mentor others, and provide fast support for clients as needed. You will work remotely (from home). Must be proficient in using time-tracking tools and demonstrate prompt responsiveness to client inquiries.

• Capable of researching and analyzing project scope and giving clear direction

• Clearly understand the project scope and can give proper time estimation.

• Capable tp creating WBS divided projects in modules and sprints

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications and large-scale software systems, and lead teams.

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including architecture planning, backend & frontend development, integration, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to translate requirements into high-performing technical solutions.

• Manage code quality, perform code reviews, and maintain best practices in version control (Git).

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across all layers.

• Integrate APIs, databases, third-party services, and cloud infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and timelines effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be proficient in using time-tracking tools and demonstrate prompt responsiveness to client inquiries.
