Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Accounting expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
∎ Tax and VAT knowledge: In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations and tax laws.
∎ Computer Skill: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
∎ Communication skills: Effective English communicate Skill for Written and Oral Communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (e.g., Mushak 9.1) accurately and on time.
∎ Reconcile VAT returns with accounting records to ensure consistency and compliance.
∎ Ensure timely deduction and deposit of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and VAT Deducted at Source (VDS) as per National Board of Revenue (NBR) rules.
∎ Issue and collect Mushak 6.6 certificates for VDS deductions.
∎ File corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with the Income Tax Act and VAT laws.
∎ Prepare and maintain proper tax records and documentation for audits and reporting.
∎ Operate and maintain VAT software to ensure compliance with VAT rules.
∎ Prepare necessary schedules, documents, and reconciliations for VAT and tax audits.
∎ Review and verify supplier bills and invoices, ensuring compliance with tax and VAT regulations.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data and supporting documents.
∎ Prepare Financial Statements (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual).
∎ Perform other duties as needed based on organizational priorities.
