Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and handle L/C (Letter of Credit), TT, PI, BL, invoice, and packing list.
∎ Maintain and update all commercial documents related to shipments.
∎ Communicate with freight forwarders, C&F agents, and shipping lines for timely shipment.
∎ Monitor cargo movements and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
∎ Coordinate with banks for opening, amendment, and negotiation of L/Cs.
∎ Track payment schedules, customs duties, and remittance processing.
∎ Work with the customs and bond office for clearance and documentation.
∎ Prepare and submit required documents for duty drawback, UD, and bond license renewal.
∎ Coordinate with international buyers and suppliers regarding shipping terms and delivery status.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer requirements in documentation and labelling.
∎ Maintain compliance with BGMEA, BKMEA, EPB, and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure proper HS code usage and adhere to import/export regulations.
