Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate client leads to buy a property.
∎ Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
∎ Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
∎ Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
∎ Display and market apartments to possible buyers
∎ Prepare necessary paperwork
∎ Maintain and update listings of available properties
∎ Promote sales through advertisements
∎ Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good knowledge of Real Estate Products.
∎ Has a clear concept of online marketing trends.
∎ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
