We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales goals for residential and commercial projects
Develop new sales leads through project site visits, walk-in customers, referrals, online platforms, and promotional activities
Professionally manage client interactions, including meetings, property demonstrations, and project presentations
Plan, organize, and conduct site visits for potential buyers and ensure timely follow-ups
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management review
Support the sales process from booking to documentation, agreement execution, and final handover
Work closely with marketing, CRM, and legal departments to ensure seamless sales execution
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing movements to support sales strategy
Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
