Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining the functionality, benefits, and applications of our products and services.
∎ Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and understanding levels of diverse customer groups.
∎ Work collaboratively with customers and engineering teams to ensure our equipment meets the required system specifications and performance standards.
∎ Facilitate clear communication between customers and engineers to address any technical concerns or customization requests.
∎ Secure orders by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products.
∎ Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered according to the agreed timelines.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain their trust and acceptance.
∎ Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
∎ Recommend new and improved products to customers based on their needs and industry trends.
∎ Explain how these products can be more cost-effective and beneficial for their operations.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
∎ Visit industries and potential clients to collect sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive/Executive in Business Development with a strong background in science. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of technical products and services. This role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations, working closely with customers and engineers, securing orders, and meeting monthly sales targets.Technical Presentations:
