∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Context: In search of cxcellency in each section seperately-
∎ 1. Colour Fastness Section: Expert in tests like Water Vapour Transmission, Dye transfer in storage, Stain Repellency(oil, soil, water), Ozone, Burnt Gas Fume, Sweat and Saliva, Salt Spray Corrosion, Light, Perspiration, Sea Water, Dry heat, Hot pressing, Chlorinated water, Washing, Rubbing etc.
∎ 2. Mechanical Section: Expert in functional tests like UV protection, Drying rate, Water repellency, Air permeability, Wicking, etc, Children safety (CPSIA, EU Regulation), Sharp point and sharp edge, Small parts, Pull test, etc, Pilling, Tear, Tensile, Seam slippage, Stretch & recovery, Bursting test etc
∎ 3. Dimensional Stability Section: Expert in functional tests like Dimensional Stability, Spirality, Print Durability, Easy care (Smoothness appearance, Wrinkle recovery), Care label verification etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute tests & explain proper testing procedure before issuing result.
∎ Facilitate to team/to perform test & assessment as per the standards/requirements of the buyer.
∎ Assist & review the raw data for verification of the test results.
∎ Make decision for critical samples to conduct tests as per buyer procedure.
∎ Conduct cross functional tests/correlation as required.
∎ Monitor productivity & support individuals to analyze the unusual/critical samples.
∎ Facilitate to prepare the reports of performance & productivity factors.
∎ Following and ensuring Quality procedures, safety issues, PPEs as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years practical experience in Third party lab./Textile Lab or relevant fields.
∎ Communicating and Influencing ability; self-confident; persistent, enthusiastic.
∎ Ability to lead & manage team.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Skilled in Speaking and writing in English
∎ Apply judgment and act accordingly.
