∎ Proven experience in MIS development and management, preferably in a sales environment.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis tools and database management systems.Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word and other relevant software.
∎ Proven experience in MIS development and management, preferably in a sales environment.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis tools and database management systems.Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain an effective Management Information System for the Sales Department.
∎ Generate regular reports on sales performance, analyzing key metrics and trends.
∎ Identify gap in sales activities like lacking in new customer buildup, poor generating and conversion of pipeline.
∎ Monitor degree of deviation between Target and Actual pipeline in KAP.
∎ Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications through IT.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly segment and model wise report as and when requiredImplement data quality standards and ensure data integrity in the MIS.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and performance.
∎ Design and automate dashboards for real-time monitoring of sales activities.
∎ Conduct training sessions for sales staff on effective utilization of the MIS.
∎ Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in MIS.Prepare analytical report on sales (e.g. Zone, District, Thana Wise).
∎ Coordinate with the sales executives and address their various issues related to system
∎ Prepare Monthly Target distributing.Set meeting agenda, prepare meeting minutes & circulate and communicate other information.
∎ Prepare Marketing Expense (Incentive) for Sales.
∎ Prepare and circulate Office Order and any other duty assigned by CEO.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional department to gather and integrate data from various sources.
