Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare the tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions, etc. available under the law.
∎ Manage the personal income tax affairs of the Directors, computation of taxable income of employees & TDS calculation, ensuring their tax compliance and maximizing tax efficiency.
∎ Identify potential tax risks and implement measures to mitigate these risks effectively.
∎ Preparation of the annual Tax return and submission of the return on time.
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for tax authorities during audits and inquiries, ensuring all required documentation and responses are provided promptly and accurately.
∎ Prepare proper documentation for return submission and obtain the final assessment order and clearance certificate.
∎ Liaising and maintaining all tax-related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain tax benefits.
∎ Attain Income tax hearing and assessment with proper documents.
∎ Monitor the deduction of taxes at source and deposit them in the government Treasury on time.
∎ Must have experience in Income Tax related hearing appeals & assessment with proper documents, tribunals, hearings, and the completion of audits to be conducted by different authorities from time to time.
∎ Other tax-related activities as per management requirements.
