∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & Analyze departments daily work to develop more efficient procedures & use of resource while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Managing Finance and Accounts related activities of the company.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Procurement Report with Cost & Analyses.
∎ Financial analysis and analytical review of organizations financial information.
∎ Monitoring financial activities, transactions & expenditures.
∎ Preparation of L/C wise Accounts & Preparation of monthly budget & forecasting activities.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in preparation of day to day MIS Report, Order wise Costing, Production, Shipment and LC wise status including monthly accounts of the company
∎ Preparation of Final Accounts and Internal Audit & Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Preparation of Management Information Report covering various financial issues.
∎ Preparation of monthly receipts & payment statement.
∎ Responsible for reviewing general Ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
∎ Check daily expenditures, voucher, requisition and daily transactions.
∎ Supervising Fixed Assets, Inventories, receivable, payable and General Accounting Functions etc.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about Tax, VAT and related documentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
