Job Context:

We are seeking a Sr. Executive or Assistant Manager - Commercial to join our team, specializing in adhesive and chemical products. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of bank management and commercial banking operations, coupled with extensive experience in managing commercial activities, maintaining strategic relationships, and optimizing logistics and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Candidate must be well-versed in all aspects of Bank Management and Banking Operations.

• Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open and amendment. correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization, etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.

• Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, and banks. shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, and insurance companies. VAT department, production department, etc.

• Follow up for raw and packing materials and ensure proper selection of HS code for easy clearance from customs and save additional cost.

• Communication with the confirming bank for adding a confirmation of export LC at a competitive price.
