∎ Area of experience: Should be an expert in handling EGP Tender (Govt. / Privet Tender)
∎ Must have good relationship with minimum 20 executive engineer / Project director.
∎ Excellent communication skills & Typing Speed in both Bengali and English Language.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Willing to work for tender sales of Electro-Mechanical Project, Civil Work Project, Deep TubeWell, Fire Safety Solution Products through regular visits to commercial complexes and government sector.
∎ Must follow the sales process (visiting clients/tender authorities, prospecting new clients, preparing and submitting offers/EGP tender, conducting initial meetings and closing sales).
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new customers via regular meetings, telephonic conversations and emails.
∎ Must have work experience on EGP Tender, Manual Tender, OTM Tender, RFP, RFQ.
∎ Need to identify, analyze and respond to E-Tenders and procurement opportunities on various platforms.
∎ Nee to develop strategic approach to bidding, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
∎ Must need to manage bidding budgets, resources and date line.
∎ Must have good relationship with minimum 20 executive engineer / Project director.
∎ Familiarity with E-Tendering platforms and government procurement processes.
∎ Prepare comprehensive and compelling bids, ensuring all requirements are met.
∎ Submit bids on time, adhering to submission guidelines and deadlines.
∎ To ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.
∎ Sound knowledge about cost estimation/less or above bidding.
∎ Create essential documents such as technical proposals, price quotations and capability statements.
∎ Ensure all documentation complies with the standards and requirements of respective E-Tender and procurement platforms.
∎ Ability to handle projects management and cooperate with both teams to finish the work under pressure.
∎ Conducting site visits, project planning, management, team building, and client/consultant liaison.
∎ Maintain the daily visit report to continue focus on the company's strategic goal.
∎ Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of all relevant matters to the management as required.
∎ Report timely to senior management regarding forecast order status with client feedback about pricing.
∎ Strongly maintain a business communication network and relationship with all concerned departments/sector.
∎ Set plans to meet monthly / yearly sales target.
∎ Follow the other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader.
