Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee all aspects of tour package bookings and hotel reservations, both domestic and international.
∎ Process reservation requests received via phone, email, online platforms, and in-person inquiries.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, and provide suitable recommendations.
∎ Negotiate rates, and secure bookings.
∎ Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel documents (vouchers, confirmations) for clients.
∎ Handle amendments, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently and accurately.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services.
∎ Utilize and update reservation management systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or proprietary software) with precision.
∎ Resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings and reservations promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends, new destinations, hotel promotions, and travel regulations.
∎ Assist in developing new tour packages and promoting existing ones.
∎ Generate reports on booking trends, sales performance, and customer feedback.
