Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead Management and Generation Personal meetings with the merchandisers, procurement team and the decision makers for greige fabric, spandex and other synthetic filaments.
- Actively seek and generate new leads from existing customers.
- Opportunity Conversion Convert leads into viable sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operation Executives to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Sales Process Management.
- Use Salesforce CRM to track and manage all sales activities.
- Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
