• Age 20 to 35 years

• Good market planner & good communication skill.

• Should be able to self-Motivate.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette.

• Strong command on MS Office applications, Ms Excell, E-mail

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Online and direct marketing.

• Negotiate offers with clients & motivate them to achieve the best result.

• Manage relationships with the valued clients.Create database of existing & potential guests.

• Maintain good relations with valued clients

• Assists customers with purchase decisions.

• Greets & receives customers in a welcoming manner.

• Understands customer needs & requirements.

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;

• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.

• Make presentation to the potential customers.

• Prepare report as required by management.

• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding inte-grated brand management.

• Carry out direct marketing/ online marketing activities according to the goal by own and set up by the Team Leader.

• To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Achieve quarterly and monthly sales target.

• Online and direct marketing.

• Respond to the clients query at office and over Telephone & Mobile.

• Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation

Job Location: Dhaka (House 29, Block A, Main Road Aftabnagar , Dhaka, Bangla-desh)
