∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain & reporting (as per requirements) Company accounts
∎ Manage all accounting transactions
∎ Update all Company documents.
∎ Prepare financial statements for management
∎ Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
∎ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
∎ Ensure timely bank payments
∎ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
∎ Ensure VAT returns are prepared, reviewed and submitted within deadlines to avoid penalties/interest.
∎ Ensure audit preparation, presentation and explanation as and when required during annual audit of the company accounts.
∎ Making Salary Sheet & Apply.
∎ Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
∎ Report on the company's financial health and liquidity so that CEO/Directors/MD/ Board are aware of the trends.
∎ Experienced in banking (Loan , L/c , others).
∎ Regular update financial transactions and documents for auditing
∎ Reenforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
∎ Comply with financial policies and regulation
∎ Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained with proper documentation.
∎ Ensure cash flow, cash management and treasury duties as required for day-to-day/monthly/quarterly/yearly business transactions
∎ Supervise and ensure/execute operation of Finance & Accounts activities at Head Office and Zone Offices.
∎ Working experience in the process of transforming a Private Ltd. Company into a Public Ltd. Company will add value for this position.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
