Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain & reporting (as per requirements) Company Accounts .

  • Manage all accounting transactions

  • Update all Company documents.

  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

  • Maintain and prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts and posting into the system.

  • Ensure timely bank payments

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

  • Ensure VAT returns are prepared, reviewed and submitted within deadlines to avoid penalties/interest.

  • Ensure audit preparation, presentation and explanation as and when required during annual audit of the company accounts.

  • Making Salary Sheet & Apply.

  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

  • Report on the company`s financial health and liquidity so that CEO/Directors/MD/ Board are aware of the trends.

  • Maintain the Petty Cash.

  • Experienced in banking (Loan, L/C, others).

  • Regular update financial transactions and documents for auditing

  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

  • Comply with financial policies and regulation

  • Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained with proper documentation.

  • Ensure cash flow, cash management and treasury duties as required for day-to-day/monthly/quarterly/yearly business transactions

  • Supervise and ensure/execute operation of Finance & Accounts activities at Head Office and Zone Offices.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Location: Dhaka (House 29, Block A, Main Road Aftabnagar, Dhaka, Bangladesh)
