Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates having Graduation/BBA/Master's degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market visit, client hunt, create market opportunities
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies;
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market;
∎ To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities;
∎ Regular basis Market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients;
∎ Work in the marketing team as an active member and maintain individual visit to clients followed by ensured sales;
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members;
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy;
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor. Meeting or executing goals.
∎ Negotiating all Contracts with prospective clients.
∎ Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Giving Sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Coordinating Sales efforts with marketing programs.
∎ Understanding and promoting company programs.
∎ Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
∎ Preparing and submitting Sales contracts for orders.
∎ Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and service.
∎ Maintaining clients records.
∎ Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Strong problem solving skill.
