Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/ Client Service, Inside Sales, IP Telephone and IPPBX Marketing, Telemarketing and direct sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for increase the Admission of STEMON
∎ Lead the inside sales team and achieve team KPI
∎ Educating inside sales team members on effectively answering common customer questions.
∎ Collaborating with the Marketing member to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
∎ Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
∎ Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team.
∎ Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
∎ Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
∎ Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.
∎ Provide new ideas and implement to achieve sales target.
∎ Addressing and resolving customer complaints.

∎ Age at most 35 years
