∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) will be preferred.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Business Development, Market Research, Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for land/ plot sales targets.
∎ He will be reporting to AGM/DGM.
∎ Assist AGM/DGM.
∎ Proven track record of sales negotiation.
∎ Achieve personal and team(s) sales targets.
∎ Have to have own sales leads.
∎ Generating own inquiries and close deals independently.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Prepare monthly sales reports and other sales-related reports as per requirement.
∎ Maintaining good relations with the client.
∎ Attend leads and follow up on the leads regularly.
∎ Follow up on customer queries and take necessary action with consultation with higher authority.
∎ Following installment schedules and making sure the payment is made as per the schedules of the clients.
∎ Coordinate Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality client services.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motivated and hard working.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Fluency in written & spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Sound Computer (MS Office) Knowledge.
∎ Good skill in social media and online marketing.
∎ Extensive database of potential clients which can be utilised for sales purposes.
∎ Presently working in land development projects will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
