Education:

  • Special certification/degree in Real Estate Management will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • For this role, minimum four (04) years demonstrative work experience in reputed Real Estate Company in Bangladesh/abroad will get preference.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Meeting individual sales target set by the company that assists to achieve monthly total team sales target as well as yearly.
  • Proper understanding of customers’ demand and presenting appropriate product according to his/her demand.
  • Prepare individual sales plan, presentation, and report and submitted to HOD & Management as per requirement.
  • Drive on full speed to acquire customer database from different sources.
  • Ensure proper documentation for record in the time of selling.
  • Responsible for timely follow up and collect booking money on time.
  • Timely follow up prospective client and keep record in follow up sheet.
  • Ensure incremental client database through push direct marketing like face to face interview, telephone etc.
  • Performing promotional activities like organizing fair, sales festival etc. that will enhance the company`s brand image.
  • Performing additional duties and responsibilities assigned by HOD and must follow the functional steps of a sales person.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails or through app Timely update unsold and submitted to monthly meeting.
  • Regular update booking chart. Organize monthly meeting and prepare Minutes & Agendas for next action.
