Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for producing thoroughly investigated raw cosmetic materials and technologies and develop formulations that will help the organization to attain a good place in both the local and worldwide competitions.
∎ One of the important responsibilities of a product development manager is to set up a R&D laboratory for Book development and make sure that the daily functions of the development in laboratory are executed in an effective mode of operation.
∎ Conduct qualitative and quantitative experiments taking into account the volume and structure of ingredients to develop processes and technologies for extraction and enrichment of compounds with Book properties.
∎ Serve as a key technical resource for separation and concentration processes and natural products process development.
∎ Responsibly manage the overall functions of the Book development procedures.
∎ Developing aesthetic vision for brands (for local and international markets) and generating Book solutions.
∎ Responsible for keeping up with the latest trends and updates of the Book and perfume development industry.
∎ Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience in the field of separation and concentration processes.
∎ Industrial experience (minimal 4 years) in natural products processing.
∎ Resourceful, creative, energetic, highly motivated, idea generator, able to work independently.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
