Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
∎ Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with respective business units.
∎ Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
∎ Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product or business units
∎ Document all phases of research and development and liaise with research firms to ensure desired outcome/ information
∎ Determine and execute improved ideas/ processes/ systems/ technologies to be resourceful and efficient for the Company to run its business
∎ Extensively manage customer relationships and perform RFP Review, Customer Visits, and Product Testing.
∎ Translate market insights to advise on pricing strategies.
∎ Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring the meeting of goals.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by line manager.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Candidates must have good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Excellent skill on various report writing.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
