∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Chase for T&A and coordinate with PUS for on time T&A submission and follow up as per TNA.
∎ Program-wise order follow-up.
∎ Follow Up Order Wise Yarn Received, Yarn delivery & Knitting production record.
∎ Working with Floor Manager to achieve TNA target.
∎ Working in collaboration with other team members to ensure quality of knit garments production.
∎ Ensure production target as per given advance planning.
∎ Maintain & follow-up all production & quality parameters.
∎ Maintain a healthy atmosphere with management to deliver high quality goods in time.
∎ Any other task assigned by the reporting authority.
∎ Will have to remain always updated on production status and be capable to provide any information regarding the above issue.
∎ Maintain close relationships with operational teams (Production, Marketing & Merchandising, IE & others) to ensure on-time delivery of products.
∎ Any others task assigned by Department Head and Management
∎ Prepare internal Line planning for new orders and confirm line allocation with PUS.
∎ Analyze Lab dip, Fit, strike off, B/S approval sample dates are meeting as per PMD TNA with TIL concern team in weekly PMD meeting
∎ Follow up print/Embroidery/Wash daily production & alert if there any capacity issue raises prior before B/S approval
∎ Inform related TIL department regarding alerts, date sliding from TNA and take ownership to mitigate threat to save the order from Buyer HOD.
