Job Context:
∎ A Reputed Packaging (plastic and polymer) company is looking for a competent Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing) for leading its sales and marketing team.
∎ Other Information: Position may be upgraded for competent candidates.
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead the Sales & Marketing team and achieve the desired sales target for the company related to plastic bottle, Cap/Closers, plastic home appliances, Pump/dispensers for bottle and other plastic related items.
∎ Coordinate and control the annual strategic sales & marketing planning process (Plastic bottle and plastic related products).
∎ Develop and manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and achieve.
∎ Initiate innovative Marketing Strategic Plans to increase business turnover and discuss with the top management for implementation of those strategies.
∎ Ensure effective negotiation of sales contract.
∎ Explore new scope of sales where plastic bottle/ Cap/ Dispenser and others items has been used like Food and Beverage industries, Pharmaceuticals Company, cosmetics industries, any liquid items manufacturing company, Pesticide industries, Edible oil company, Ice cream company etc.
∎ Expertly handling Social Media platforms sales & marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, manage digital marketing campaigns and YouTube marketing.
∎ Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
∎ Working with the team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have related experience in any plastic manufacturing company.
∎ Positive, proactive & self-motivated.
∎ Proven experience in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Proven Leadership, Communication & Negotiation skills
∎ Proficient in MS office.
