Education:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

Requirements:

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Experience in data analytics or in a MIS role in FMCG company.
- Strong Knowledge on Audit.
- Experience in handling sales automation process.
- Knowledge on Sales related activities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Charting. Experienced in handling large datasets, preparing automated reports, and performing data analysis and reconciliation tasks to support MIS and distribution operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly data related to inventory, delivery, and sales.
Maintain and update distribution databases and dashboards.
Provide instructions of gate pass to dealer’s vehicle for refill;
Ensure to preparation and issue of delivery challan and vat challan as per instructions of filling hall supervisor’s token;
Release the vehicle to give final permission from department;
Generate performance reports and support management in data-driven decision-making.
Monitor system entries from all distribution points and reconcile discrepancies.
Develop and maintain Excel-based or ERP-based reports (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom software).
Ensure the accuracy of stock and dispatch records across all depots.
Paying/issuing money receipts and receipt of cheques/cash·
Receiving last days checklist and posting in software.
Ensure uninterrupted supply by maintaining constant contact with distributors and sales & marketing department.
Provide daily and monthly report to the management;
Prepare dealer commission, incentives, special programme commission etc. by maintain compliance of company’s existing rules & regulations.
Prepare monthly basis sales officer’s TA/DA bill and keep on record.
Monitoring Sales officer and follow-up them according to their sales.
