∎ Ready Flat and Home Loan Processing Sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, social media Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Prepare and maintain sales and marketing plan.
∎ Daily client/Market visit and report.
∎ Create new clients, door to door marketing and maintain regular follow up with existing clients.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus on sales efforts.
∎ Plan and carry out direct sales activities.
∎ Visit the potential customer on a regular basis.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationship with the clients.
∎ Receive and Respond clients' queries physically at office and over phone.
∎ Make communication at site and collect updated information / status of the projects.
∎ Should have good knowledge in promotional events.
∎ Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of projects.
∎ Able to meet individual sales target.
∎ Coordinate with other office staffs and work together
∎ Any Other task assigned by the management to be accomplished.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate/ Home Loan Marketing.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer office applications, internet, email
∎ Adaptable and able to work independently under pressure.
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest.
