• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in sublimation printing industry, textiles, garments accessories, or printing machinery will be an added advantage).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing knowledge.

• Identify new clients and business opportunities to drive company growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in sublimation printing and printing machines.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to market share expansion.

• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

• Plan and execute effective marketing and promotional activities.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, progress updates, and competitor insights to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and client support activities.
