∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelors/ Masters, BBA, Economics, Marketing, Engineering.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have good experience in building construction materials sales like Tiles, Paint, and Hardware's, Glass etc to corporate and retail sector.
∎ Visit corporate organizations and retail shops in view to build professional relationship and secure order from them.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients, dealers, retailers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
∎ Explore new markets & network expansion to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Continuously visit & convince retailers to manage sales of product and to promote different products.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines - Self-motivated, independently and as a team.
∎ Work with month to month sales target and become example for others to follow as a successful target achiever.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Retail
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Chemical Industries, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electric Wire/Cable, Importer, Interior Design, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Good Presentation Skills.
∎ Smart, Impressive, Dedicated, Self-motivated, Target oriented, Hard Worker, Dynamic, Enthusiastic, Confident, Result Driven, Well Convincing capability.
∎ Computer knowledge must.
∎ Ambitious to build-up corporate career.
∎ Good mentality, physical fitness to travel all over the Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants who have experience in the following business areas-Direct Selling, Marketing Service Company, Trading, Wholesale in building materials, Aluminium, chemical, ceramic, paint etc. company are preferable.
