∎ MBA with major in Marketing from any reputed public/private University. Preference will be given to applicants from DU/JU/NSU/EWU/IUB/BRAC University or any other top ranking universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capture new technologies, identify markets and able to prepare strategic business plan
∎ Determine customer needs and desires by specifying the research need to obtain market information
∎ Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies
∎ Provides report to management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests
∎ Provide information for present/upcoming demand of the market and sourcing necessary solution from in-house
∎ Introduces and markets new products by rising time-integrated plans with sales and advertising
∎ Keep updated on the specific product(s)/solution(s) and its competition.
∎ Identify new business opportunity for expanding client portfolio and maintain network with the prospects and customers
∎ Make in-depth market study, understand market situation, prospect, competition offered by competing brand and market trend
∎ Achieve periodic targets set by the management
∎ Overall relationship with the Sales Team and Customers
∎ Will have to prepare Business Proposal, RFP & EOI, All Tender related Docs.
∎ Must be agreed/ able to work under pressure, in a target driven environment and enjoy the achievements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 yeas(s) in relevant field is mandatory
∎ Strong knowledge on ICT Products
∎ Excellent communication skill in written and verbal
∎ Highly self-motivated and sales driven attitude
∎ Fluent in English speaking and writing
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision and meet deadline
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities
∎ Proficiency in use of MS-Office
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Smart, enthusiastic and hard working person
Salary: Negotiable
