Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduated in Environmental Science and BBA will be preferred.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed for an experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AUDIT AND INSPECTION, ISO Audit, RMG sector, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities.
∎ A candidate must have enough knowledge of EIA, EMP, ISO, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX.
∎ A candidate needs to have enough knowledge of RMG and the environmental sector.
∎ Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
∎ Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions, responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
∎ Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences when needed.
∎ Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, maintaining a database (Spreadsheet, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
∎ Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
∎ Make daily/weekly/monthly updates to the reporting boss.
∎ Collaborating with management on marketing target, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
∎ Ability to convince client with their requirement.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): RMG Sector/Audit & Inspection firm.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
