Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new customers to enhance business and develop new customers is a must.
∎ Plan, prepare, and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly strategic business plans.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and Conduct market research studies.
∎ Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
∎ Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
∎ Supervising, monitoring, and reporting the marketing to achieve the sales target as per plan.
∎ Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
∎ Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing services.
∎ Working with design, business development team, managers and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services to all client needs.
∎ Facilitate, control, and coordinate the Annual Strategic Marketing Planning.
∎ Manage relationships and service quality & standards.
∎ Any other responsibility and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 5-7 years of practical experience in the RMG sector especially in the HR & Compliance Department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): RMG Sector/Audit & Inspection firm.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
