Job Context:
∎ Trust eMart is looking for experienced Ecommerce Manager to take overall responsibility for the online revenue generated and the costs associated. The role need to act as the connection point for the whole ecommerce team and have a deep knowledge of all aspects of online markets and how online revenue is generated. The Ecommerce Manager`s key functions are setting and delivering the ecommerce strategy, maximising as many areas of the Trust eMart as possible and focusing on traffic generation, conversion and customer retention.
∎ Trust eMart is a new startup in online marketplace eyeing on changing the ecommerce dynamics in Bangladesh with a vision to win the heart and trust of the customers and delivering value for everyone. This is an exciting time to join Trust eMart as we plan to launch in first half of 2021.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ SEO, Website, Facebook and Social Media Marketing.
∎ Combines existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to develop a superior brand and shopping experience for customers;
∎ Manages the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns;
∎ Product & Content Administration.
∎ Seller on boarding plan and execution
∎ Promotion planning & execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years similar work experience at senior level in one of the leading online marketplace in Bangladesh or Overseas (e.g. amazon, flipcart, daraz, Taobao, ajkerdeal, Evaly, etc.)
∎ Experience in Strategy & Planning, User Experience & Usability, Traffic Sources, Conversion Optimisation, Customer Retention, and General Site Management
