Responsibilities & Context:
- Handling tour & travel-related customer queries
- Air ticket issuing (Domestic & International)
- Hotel booking and itinerary planning
- Communicating with clients over phone, email, and in-person
- General computer operations and browsing tasks
- Maintaining good customer service and client follow-ups
