∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Internal Audit, Tally ERP9
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre audit of financial expenses, inventory consumption, other non-financial activities.
∎ Development of Internal control system.
∎ Work out of Inventory in, out & position (Raw materials, finished goods, general store items and etc.).
∎ Review of fund requisition, raw material requisition and other requisition issue to head office.
∎ Monitor of Account & Finance department activities; (Software, petty cash, Advance, IOU etc.).
∎ Monitor of Admin & HR department activities (Attendance, Leave, overtime & etc).
∎ Review of day wise delivery confirmation with DO.
∎ Assist to Physical inventory count team.
∎ Physical involvements of all factory activities/operation.
∎ Review of Manpower effectiveness on his responsibility.
∎ Review of Transport related activities.
∎ Work on Special assignee by the Management.
∎ Report to Head of Group Audit (Head office).
