Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ CA-CC and ICMA partly qualified.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Software, Audit, Auuounts Finance, Credit Recovery, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have the ability to visit market directly and check accounts payable, overdue, purchase local & foreign, party ledger, TA/DA, conveyance, entertainment.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently can handle Accounts related work of a group of companies.
∎ Ability to Execute, monitor and manage all Books of Accounts through Tally Software as well as register.
∎ Ability to prepare Debit and credit Voucher in GL through Tally software.
∎ Ability to check bills and makes payment by following proper Accounting System.
∎ Able to prepare monthly Accounts, Monthly Budget, monthly Bank reconciliation statement and other necessary reports set time to time by the Management.
∎ Ability to maintain close liaison with Banks and Financial institutes as well as inter-company sales and administration department
∎ Ability to maintain all Books of Accounts related Sales, Receivables Etc.
∎ Ability to writing inventory record through tally software with proper inventory mgt. system
∎ To be responsible for preparing different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually for the use of the top management.
∎ *To be responsible for issuing all audit reports ensuring the reports are clear and concise, identified root causes with practical solutions and ultimately provide value to the management.
∎ To be responsible at least 15 days in a month area wise party visit both in Dhaka & out of Dhaka, find out the financial problems with parties & will be tried to solve.
