Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible to run and lead Freight Import (Ocean & Air).
∎ Communicate with local and foreign agents / business partners.
∎ Day to day overall activities supervision.
∎ Submission of require Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports to superior & Management in time.
∎ Any other assignment given by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification of those applicants will be taken into consideration who are having exceptionally good experience and capability in this field.
∎ Minimum 3 year(s) in similar position (Sales/Marketing and operations) in large international reputed freight forwarding company.
∎ Conversant with rules and regulations of Airlines and Shipping line with Freight Forwarding Industry.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge and efficiency to communicate with local & foreign clients.
∎ Should have good relationship with airlines, shipping line & co-loader to ensure require space.
∎ Proficient in computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
∎ Transference with superior and Management.
∎ Experience on sales & business development of Freight Forwarding air & sea (Export & Import) will be treated as an additional qualification.
∎ The candidate should have capability and commitment to do the expansion of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity.
∎ Proficient in English - oral and written.
∎ Strong buying and negotiating power.
