Responsibilities & Context:
Irving Aviation Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Executive / Executive Visa Processing (1st World) with knowledge and experience in tourist visa consultancy for 1st world countries. The goal is to enhance satisfaction, acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele, and increase the sales ratio of the company.·
Checking qualifications, eligibility of the applicants, following destination countries, and visa application processing system.·
Accept applications from clients as per the destination country checklist.·
Ability to handle telephone, hotline, e-mail, and social media inquiries.·
Creating and managing customers, maintaining visitors` database, and regular follow-up.·
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.·
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine an effective solution.
