Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconciliation of Export proceed , import obligations
∎ Maintain proper filing & record of all transactions & statement of the company in the systematic manner.
∎ Recording of Export Document in Excel Register.
∎ Record of Import Acceptance to register and posting to Tally Server and Reconciliation
∎ Record of Import Payment in Register
∎ Posting to Tally and Reconciliation
∎ Record of Pending EXP, Reconciliation and submit to Bank.
∎ Reconciliation of Margin/Sundry Deposit Account.
∎ Reconciliation of Exporter Retention Quota Account.
∎ Posting to EBS Software of ABP EDF and FTT.
∎ Record of Pending Bill of Export, Short Shipment Certificate, Bill amendment Certificate, Reconciliation and submit to Bank.
∎ Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily financial reports and submit them to the Manager
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
∎ Shipment follow up , Invoice follow up
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
