Brand Promotion, Monitoring and Evalaution, Sales Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant should have knowledge in the following subjects or well conversant to any subject can apply:
∎ Training related responsibilities
∎ Update product knowledge & give proper guidance to the sales promoters and.
∎ Organize training program for sales promoters and other employees.
∎ Exercise & Monitors performance progress of VBA and regularly update to authority
∎ Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization goals.
∎ Image related responsibilities
∎ Shop's promotional Materials follow up
∎ Follow up Promoter's Grooming, Glass table materials, Dummy phone, standard of visual image
∎ Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting Business needs and improving performance.
∎ Effectively communicate with team members
∎ Activity/Promotional responsibilities
∎ Organize and monitor outdoor Events and event-based shows/programs
∎ Assists in arrange different kind of program through different materials on product launching and different festival program.
∎ Identify, research & develop new ideas of decoration and attraction depend on market demand
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency
∎ Fluency in English communication (verbal & Written)
∎ Must Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint)
