∎ Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
∎ Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
∎ Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
∎ Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
∎ Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
∎ Taking part in team meetings.
