Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
∎ Achieving the targets and goals set for area
∎ Monitoring day-to-day activities of VBA and give proper guideline to work
∎ Maintaining and handling Distributor for smooth Sales operation
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Setting sales targets for individual representative and your team as a whole
∎ Allocating areas to subordinate sales persons
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research
∎ Keeping up to date information of products and competitors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Communication and Negotiation Skill
∎ Have good knowledge on using Microsoft Office
∎ Planning and monitoring
∎ Very good in English writing Speaking
