Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Good at MS Office specially in Excel/ MS Word/ PowerPoint/ Relationship Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new clients and liaise with present clients to achieve sales plan.
∎ Maintain working procedure to obtain and maintain buyer satisfaction.
∎ Hardly try to get order.
∎ Update order collection and inform to management unit and customer service with sample and delivery data.
∎ Build a strong relations support with customers by using very good communication skill.
∎ Costing Calculation.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly sales report as required by management.
∎ Resolve customer compliant.
∎ Make sure market survey & market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients.
∎ Assist management to enhance brand equity and market share by implementing Marketing/Annual Business Plan and Communication Plan.
∎ Assist in preparation of monthly & yearly Marketing Budget and achieve targets especially as per agreed marketing and sales plan.
∎ Visit customers to monitor market status and find new opportunities.
∎ Help to develop new Brand or Product as per Annual Business plan.
∎ Visit Market when needed inside & outside of Dhaka.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Food products raw materials sales
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, and adherence the organization culture, motivational skills, team spirit and relationship building.
∎ Effective written and verbal communications skills in English & Bengali that can be used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
